We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager, Supplier Growth Sales, to drive supplier growth and enterprise sales leadership for our fintech platform. This strategic leadership role involves guiding a team of Enterprise Account Executives, optimizing supplier engagement, and expanding our network across various industries. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to elevate customer acquisition and supplier adoption, blending data-driven insights with best-in-class mentorship. Sales Leadership and Strategy: Lead a team that sells BILL’s B2B payment capabilities to the treasury organizations of Enterprise/Corporate suppliers. Set and execute the vision for enterprise supplier engagement, driving measurable adoption and expansion of BILL’s fintech solutions. Design and implement scalable enterprise sales strategies to accelerate supplier onboarding and adoption. Team and People Management: Set clear goals, coach, and develop Enterprise Account Executives to enable performance and growth. Invest time in regular one-on-one coaching, use interactive coaching methods, and maintain robust development plans for each team member. Performance and Pipeline Management: Leverage sales analytics, pipeline metrics, and market trends to inform strategy and optimize results. Build pipeline, generate insights, monitor pipeline status, and maintain consistent forecasting. Consultative Selling and Expertise: Champion data-driven selling practices to provide tailored solutions for suppliers. Educate yourself on BILL solutions and guide the team with industry and competitive insights, balancing short-term needs with long-term growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional initiatives, align the sales team with new product launches and customer success priorities, and maintain a strong sense of urgency toward company objectives. Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years of proven success managing enterprise sales teams, ideally in SaaS, payments, or fintech. Strong track record of scaling supplier or customer acquisition strategies in large enterprise segments. Skills: Consultative selling, solution-based selling, supplier engagement, analytical and data-driven mindset, excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills for senior stakeholder alignment. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Compensation and Benefits
This role participates in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. The compensation ranges are based on candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from listed amounts. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges below are for remote-based roles in the specified geographic zones: Zone 1 — San Francisco Bay Area CA (HQ), New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles County: $291,700—$350,000 USD Zone 2 — CA (non-SFBA and LA), Austin TX, Massachusetts: $262,500—$315,000 USD Zone 3 — Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX, Florida, North Carolina: $247,900—$297,500 USD What’s in it for you?
