Sr Partner Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Drive partner satisfaction and reinforce world-class service delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring BILL contract obligations are met and partner requirements are continuously addressed. Lead and improve operations initiatives aligned to strategic business objectives, including partner enablement, partner onboarding, and ongoing support programs. Manage operational facets of contract negotiation and renewals, distilling agreements for operational compliance and maintaining familiarity with best partner practices and requirements. Collaborate across teams—Partner Business Development, Relationship Managers, Product, CXO, and other stakeholders—to solve challenges, manage escalations, and implement best practices for implementation and support. Establish and maintain recurring partner routines, periodic business reviews, and business-as-usual responsibilities including standardized reporting, scorecards, and monitoring SLAs. Facilitate due diligence and compliance needs (audit, risk assessment, SOC, financials) by organizing, maintaining, and making accessible operational tools and artifacts, including SOPs that drive efficiency, scale, and employee succession. Analyze operational performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize partner outcomes and drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. Minimum of 10+ years relevant work experience or 6+ years with an advanced degree. Deep operations experience in fintech/payments preferred, with proven ability to drive scale, efficiency, and process improvement using data and standardized tools. Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity and able to proactively drive solutions in high-pressure environments. Relationship management skills, with capacity to communicate and influence at the senior executive level both internally and externally. Strong contract management and negotiation capabilities with understanding of compliance, risk, and partner expectations. Attention to detail, organization, and adaptability to shifting priorities in a matrixed, collaborative environment. High proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
