Responsibilities

Support the development and rollout of partnership strategies for the accounting channel, identifying, evaluating, and scaling new and existing partnerships. Build, manage, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partner organizations and cross-functional teams to align on shared goals. Serve as the primary contact for partners, understanding their needs and managing customer journeys to ensure value and growth for both parties. Execute go-to-market and enablement plans, collaborating across internal teams to drive new business and optimize the partner experience as products and solutions evolve. Support the execution of the partner sales plan, meeting quantitative and qualitative channel targets. Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or channel sales, preferably in SaaS and/or B2B payments. A proven record of meeting or exceeding partnership or channel sales performance metrics and experience supporting a variety of partnership models. Strong relationship management abilities, customer focus (SMB and mid-market), and the ability to balance strategic support with detailed execution. Exceptional communication skills, with comfort adapting messaging for technical and executive audiences—both internal and external. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges are remote-based roles in specified geographic zones: Zone 1 - San Francisco Bay Area, CA (HQ), New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles County: $181,700—$218,300 USD Zone 2 - CA (Non-SF Bay Area and Los Angeles County), Austin, MA: $163,500—$196,500 USD Zone 3 - Utah (including Utah office), Houston, TX, Florida, North Carolina: $154,400—$185,600 USD The role is remote-based and eligible for BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans.
