skills to join our dynamic design team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions. Key Duties/Responsibilities

Responsible for reporting to the Project Manager on specific assigned project or projects Take direction from the Project Manager on an assortment of tasks and execute project documentation to meet project deadlines. Coordinate design consultant drawings / information with the architectural plan set. Collaborate with project teams to produce high-quality design solutions from concept through completion. Knowledge of execution of effective Detailing. Create Renderings for design discussions with our internal team and the client. Participate in design reviews and client presentations. Develop architectural designs and construction documents using Revit. What We Offer

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university. Minimum 3+ years of professional experience. Knowledge / Professional use of Revit for 2+ years. Preferred Project Types (Commercial, Multi Family and Historical Adaptive Reuse). Ability to document mid-to-large scale projects in Revit. Excellent organizational and collaborative skills, specifically for project teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to communicate ideas. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Working Knowledge of Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Enscape, and MS Office Tools.
