IT Manager
to oversee systems, infrastructure, and ERP support at their U.S. headquarters. This is a direct-hire role with strong compensation, growth potential, and the chance to make an immediate impact. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional with both hands-on technical expertise and leadership ability to shape the future of IT within a growing organization. What You’ll Do
As the
IT Manager , you will be responsible for supporting internal and external IT operations, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring seamless ERP and EDI functionality for a 200+ employee base. You’ll work closely with leadership to recommend technology solutions, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements. Oversee IT operations, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring uptime, security, and compliance (ISO/IATF). Maintain and support ERP (Epicor) and EDI systems, including setup, upgrades, and transaction monitoring. Provide MRP/ERP training and end-user support across the plant. Manage network administration, including user accounts, backups, PC setup, software, and printer support. Recommend and implement technology solutions to enhance manufacturing operations. Oversee cabling, connections, and IT setup for new hires or role transitions. Lead and mentor a small IT team, including junior specialists, ensuring effective workload distribution and professional development. Conduct system audits, monitor lot tracking systems, and maintain data integrity. What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT leader who can balance technical problem-solving with strategic planning. Key qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of IT experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment. ERP (Epicor strongly preferred), MRP, and EDI support experience. Strong knowledge of network administration, PC applications, backups, and security protocols. Experience training end users and supporting ERP functionality in a plant setting. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. Programming experience. Network cabling knowledge. Prior leadership/management experience in a multi-site environment. Why You’ll Love This Role
