Epicor CMS IT Analyst

Our client is a global leader in the automotive casting products industry. They are currently seeking an Epicor CMS IT Analyst to provide process and system support as well as gathering business requirements, recommending and implementing Epicor CMS configuration solutions, and working with technical and functional teams on enhancements. This team fosters a collaborative environment, puts technology first, and offers a wealth of growth opportunities. This is an intricate role for the company and will report to the IT Manager. Troubleshoot Epicor CMS system issues Day to day support of departmental functions for the Epicor CMS modules Provide support and training materials for Epicor users Develop and execute test specifications Translate business requirements into functional specifications Benefits

Hands on Epicor CMS experience Knowledge of query tools EDI experience with TLS/OPENTEXT/Customer Portals is a plus Experience with RPG and CL programming is a plus Experience with accounting, finance, inventory, PLI, creating CL programs, and troubleshooting Experience working with CMS leads on special assignments Seniority level
