Jr. Epicor CMS/IT Specialist

The CMS Specialist will support the organization’s Epicor CMS system, which includes maintaining hardware, software, adding functionality, improving performance and enhancements, and maintaining the integrity of the ERP. Our client is in the automotive manufacturing industry. The CMS Specialist will support the organization’s Epicor CMS system, which includes maintaining hardware, software, adding functionality, improving performance and enhancements, and maintaining the integrity of the ERP. This is an intricate role that will enhance the ERP as well as create a support system for all employees dedicated to the system. The CMS Specialist will report directly to the IT Manager. Daily Activities: Microsoft platform administration - Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services. Network operations - Support routine monitoring and maintenance of switches, firewalls, VPN, and WIFI. IBM daily operations - Participate in user administration, backup checks, and replication monitoring. Support ERP System including label printing and peripheral integrations. EDI transaction monitoring - Troubleshoot and support EDI functionality for the automotive marketplace. Virtual infrastructure - Support of VMware ESXi/vCenter clusters Competitive compensation
