Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independently Owned Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 9k/year - Union, NJ Our client, a growing independent agency, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This agency prides itself on its white-glove customer service approach while maintaining a family operated feel. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between insurance companies providing coverage and insurance salespeople selling policies. Prepares renewals, new business applications, and endorsement requests. Identify rates for various coverage options and inputs detailed information into relevant databases. Support team members by offering guidance, addressing questions, and contributing to their growth through effective orientation, training, and ongoing development. Qualifications: 5+ years prior related experience and general knowledge of insurance company operations, required. Experience in the contracting industry. Current Property & Casualty License (P&C). Proficiency in AMS360. Compensation: Base salary to 90k/year plus revenue sharing plan participation. Medical, dental, vision, and 401k. \#INDVIS \#INDALL Compensation: $90,000 per year
