We are looking for a Regional D&T leader for our LAC and Europe business, with proven track record in leading digital transformation and directing complex projects, to be part of a fun, fast paced and supportive culture, where all our success comes from our belief in people and investing in our top talent. As an established digital leader, you will have the skills to influence at every level, imparting your digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative way. You will be responsible for leading and developing the Technology team. As a member of the Leadership Team, you will be working closely with stakeholders within the business unit, functional Senior Leaders and our franchise community. Your goal will be to drive growth and strategic renewal by helping us complete our digital transformation, ensuring the overall tech stack works seamlessly for the benefit of the customer and the teams in store. You will focus on creating new value through the smart use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes. Responsibilities

Capability Building, Leadership & Direction

Provide direction, leadership, and coaching to both permanent and contractor expertise within the Technology team, focusing on functional goals delivery as well as people capability building Hold self and team to high standards at all times, and be proactive in identifying, assessing and mitigating strategic risks when teams are balancing time and quality Build awareness across the business and franchise community on technology projects and technology enablement of other project initiatives, including awareness on technology strategy, projects and integration with the business objectives Ensure Franchise partners and key vendors have the resources and know-how to successfully execute and deliver within their teams Technology Strategy & Leadership

Set out the enterprise strategy for technology and define the future releases, balancing business drivers, supplier roadmaps, project dependencies and technical constraints Be accountable for the direction, design and implementation of policies across infrastructure to provide working technology systems in line with corporate standards Accountable for the establishment and management of the relevant budgets across the Technology teams Accountable for strong configuration management and version control disciplines within the Technology team Determine the structures and resourcing across Technology in partnership with HR & Finance Coordinate subject matter expertise to direct or support data analysis to diagnose issues or determine enhancements Set Technology strategies and schedules and be accountable for reporting on progress, risks, issues and delivery to time, quality, and cost Ensure suppliers are supported as required and intervene with support from the supporting functions as needed Ad Hoc Support Items

Direct the troubleshooting and resolution of live issues; act as a senior escalation point for Technology issues Act as Major Incident Director when required, directing incident responses and maintaining communications in escalated incidents Some work outside traditional core hours may be required to coordinate with teams across Yum! and manage suppliers to support the business Requirements

Extensive experience in technology leadership, ideally in senior roles within e-commerce or fast-paced tech and digital organizations Experience and understanding of POS, strong knowledge of development, testing, agile methods, data, integrations, service desk processes and protocols Knowledge and experience covering enterprise and/or solution architecture A pragmatic planner capable of brokering effective agreements between diverse parties Initiative and drive for self-development beyond company-assisted training; active in training and mentoring of others Relationship-building skills and ability to influence key stakeholders (such as franchisees) to drive data-driven decisions Strong teamworking ethos that fits the Global Pizza Hut culture and values Note: Initiative for self-development; active in training and mentoring of others Beware of fake job postings using Yum! and/or our brand logos -- KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Habit Burger & Grill -- on fraudulent sites.
