Epic Patient Access Analyst Location: Indianapolis, IN 46219

Duration: Permanent Employee / Direct Hire

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

About the Role Insight Global is looking for an Epic Patient Access Analyst to support a large healthcare client in Indianapolis, IN. The Epic Patient Access Analyst will support the configuration and implementation of Epic Revenue Cycle modules which include Prelude and Cadence, and may include Cheers CRM, Campaigns, Referrals and Authorizations, and Real time Eligibility. The core of this role focuses on scheduling, registration, and patient check‑in workflows. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams and clinicians, performing system builds and testing, and providing go‑live support for new Epic configurations. Candidates must hold or obtain Epic certifications, experience in healthcare operations, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Must Haves

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience

5-7 years of relevant IIS, clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Certification in one or more Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Willow, Orders)

Experience utilizing EHR systems within a clinical setting

Plusses

Current certification in Epic Cadence and one other Patient Access Certification

Experience working in hospital or clinic operations, especially in patient access, scheduling, or registration workflows.

Proficiency in application design, system build, testing, troubleshooting, and support within an IT setting.
