Job Description As the top‑ranked ServiceNow solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.
Responsibilities
Develop the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable
Perform custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations
Carry out unit‑testing and defect resolution
Carry out migration of the changes to production
Assist with technical design and documentation
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
Requirements
3 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administrator experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification
Bonus Points
ITSM experience
Security Clearance
Active TS / SCI clearance
Compensation and Benefits As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is
$105,900 - $169,300 USD . Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
