Onsite - Phoenix, AZ Our Space and Defense Group is seeking a
Test, Product, Delivery Technician
to join their team. You will report to the A&T Manager and work onsite in
Gilbert, AZ . Daily Responsibilities: Test flight electronic assemblies for Moog Broad Reach products, including running scripts with Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and environmental testing (vibration, thermal, EMI, thermal vacuum). Follow test procedures, support debugging, assemble hardware, and operate environmental chambers. Scripts are written in Perl and execute LabView VIs and C commands on embedded processors. Debug:
Use DMMs and oscilloscopes to support engineering debug activities at the component level, collaborating with engineers to understand data needs and communicate findings. Assembly:
Install circuit card assemblies into chassis, rework cables and circuits as needed, and mechanically assemble test equipment enclosures and panels. Documentation:
Record troubleshooting steps and results, update procedures, and support release documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and Intercept Mozaix. Work Shift:
7am - 3:30pm PST Work Area Maintenance:
Maintain a neat workspace following 5S principles. Perform similar or lesser tasks under supervision. Minimum Qualifications: 2-5 years of hands-on testing technician experience Associate degree in electrical/computer technology or equivalent, or high school diploma Knowledge of electrical circuits and testing equipment Proficiency with Windows applications (Visio, Word, MS Office) Willingness to follow directions and complete assignments Scripting experience Self-motivated with ownership of tasks Preferred Qualifications: Certification to J-STD and ability to create cable drawings in Visio Programming knowledge and schematic capture experience Cable assembly and soldering experience Scripting in LabVIEW VIs is highly desirable Salary Range:
$26.44 - $34.44 hourly in Phoenix, AZ The salary range reflects the low and high end for this role at the location. Actual compensation varies based on experience, location, and performance.
