Desktop Support Technician
to join their team onsite in Keene, ND, providing end-user support. Responsibilities:
Mobile Device Setup: Coordinate with carriers, assist with data transfer, set up iPhones, manage corporate mobile devices. Office 365 Support: Set up and troubleshoot Outlook, support Office 365 apps, resolve authentication issues. Computer Imaging and Setup: Image/configure computers with Autopilot, set up user profiles, assist with app installations. Tier 2 Support: Troubleshoot sign-in issues, manage applications, handle admin rights, reset TAP codes, resolve printing/network issues, hardware diagnostics, software updates. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions, provide ongoing support for devices, applications, and Office 365. Wage Range:
$25.50 - $37.00 per hour, depending on factors such as location, skills, and experience. Benefits:
