Job Qualifications
Must be 18 years old. Must possess High School diploma. Strong verbal and written skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Windows environment and/or Electronic Health Records systems. Ability to provide culturally sensitive services. Must be receiving or have received behavioral health services or have had substance abuse treatment. Peer Support Specialist Certification (or able to meet requirements within 6 months of hire). Must be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge and understanding of human behavior and counseling theories. Must possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance. Must have or able to obtain valid Fingerprint Clearance Card. Must maintain current BLS certification. Must receive the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine within the first week of hire date, and the second dose within 8 weeks of hire date TB Screening Record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest x-ray as applicable upon hire Vaccinations/Titer’s Test/Declination Form: Flu, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella Seniority level
