FANgineers are crucial to the success of our hospitality program and game days—they engineer great experiences by providing top-tier hospitality in premium seating areas. They serve as goodwill ambassadors to donors and guests, maintaining operational policies and acting as liaisons among donors, caterers, staff, and athletic personnel. Duties and Responsibilities
Act as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality Office and athletics department. Perform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and staff. Ensure all policies and procedures are upheld. Monitor entrances, review tickets, and manage access control. Serve as elevator attendant and monitor people movement. Handle pre-, during-, and post-game duties (requests, trash disposal, facility and food & beverage needs). Other duties as assigned. Availability and Opportunities
Must be available for all home football games at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Hours range from 6-14 hours per week, depending on game schedule and needs. Work the entire game day shift, typically starting 1 hour before gates open and ending 90 minutes post-game. Opportunities to work additional days, including the Friday before games and other athletic events. Requirements
Availability for all home football games (including nights and weekends). Trustworthy, with integrity and a service mindset. Friendly, positive, dependable, and enthusiastic about guest service. Willing to learn, flexible, and able to communicate effectively. Ability to stand or sit for long periods. Benefits
Competitive pay: $14/hour. Paid breaks and holiday pay (time and a half on Labor Day and Thanksgiving). Note: As a private company, we can only hire applicants eligible to work in the US. Additional Details
