Assist the Manager of Information Technology with day-to-day IT program operations. Serve as the first point of contact for IT support issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network issues, operating system errors, printing, and account access. Install software and hardware as necessary; help move and change computer workstations, printers, phones, conference rooms, and other peripheral devices. Analyze logs and identify potential issues; document, track, and monitor the problem resolution process; ensure user requests are completed accurately and on time. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Experience: 1-2 years in a similar position. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel. Ability to learn and support new systems and applications. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience supporting Windows operating systems. Experience supporting Office 365 and Microsoft Office. Experience supporting conference room/hybrid workforce solutions. Experience supporting various phone and voice applications. Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work at a desk; ability to move up to 10 pounds as needed. Ability to reason logically, make sound decisions, and consider diverse perspectives; strong written and oral communication.

Benefits and Other
