We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements from stakeholders and working with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions. Responsibilities
Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Act as a Subject Matter Resource (SMR) for SAP Manufacturing during project implementations. Facilitate design workshops, gather requirements, and recommend tailored S/4 HANA best practices. Guide the implementation of SAP PP solutions within client SAP ecosystems. Demonstrate in-depth functional capabilities of SAP Production Planning (PP) and associated modules, with strong business acumen. Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, managing risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders. Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree. Typically 2 - 4 years of related work experience in a functional role with exposure to SAP Production Planning (PP). A minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA in the SAP manufacturing domain. Experience with configuration, master data and end-to-end understanding of the SAP PP module. Strong technical skills in application functional design. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, with experience delivering work products such as business process design documents and functional specification documents. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%. Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience in manufacturing. Experience with SAP external integrations to MES, MII, ME, DMC, etc. SAP certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management (QM) or related modules in the production execution space. Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP PP or QM implementation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. What We Look For
