Overview
VIE - E2E Technical Resource Analyst (M/F/D) at Air Liquide. Location: Houston, TX. The role supports the End-to-End (E2E) Center and Planning teams responsible for planning and monitoring Air Liquide's supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiency and enable growth for customers. Responsibilities
System Reliability: Ensure availability of delivery and supply; manage pressures, purity, and special volume requirements; maintain system flexibility. System Optimization: Monitor production assets to ensure efficient operation; optimize networks for the benefit of the whole. Effective Communication: Maintain daily operational interface with customers; act as clearinghouse for information and activity between customer and supply. Data analysis and process improvement: Support data-driven solutions to improve understanding of customer behavior, optimize operational efficiency, and empower business decisions. Support LI NAM 2025/2026 initiatives: Deploy new E2E tools and processes; scope and develop dashboard solutions for monitoring KPIs; work with the Technical Resource Team to maintain and transition data interfaces with the SCADA system; assist planning teams by improving forecasting methods and capabilities. Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Data Analytics. Soft and Hard Skills: Ability to analyze large data sets; project planning and management experience; excellent verbal and written communication; solution-oriented with limited oversight; ability to collaborate across levels; ability to manage multiple tasks; proficiency in at least one coding language (Python, R, SQL) is a plus; knowledge of BI tools (PowerBI, PI Vision) is a plus.
