Base pay range
$17.00/hr - $17.00/hr
Responsibilities
Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
Qualifications
Minimum 6-12 months of apartment leasing experience
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws
Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
Availability to work weekends as needed
