Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center . This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Buffalo, NY. Weekly hours: 40; FTE: 1.00. Job type: Regular. Department: Clinical Trials Office. Employer: Health Research, Inc. (HRI) Roswell Park Division. Responsibilities

Manages the initiation, planning and execution of small to large scale, complex and strategic departmental projects related to clinical/business operations; communicates, presents and documents project plan, status updates, goals, and deliverables to department leaders, steering committees, project teams, and other stakeholders. Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and opportunities proactively; ensures project deliverables are on time, high-quality, and on budget. Responsible for the successful completion of projects with a financial focus. Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in healthcare or business operations, including one (1) year engaged in project management activities; or Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in healthcare or business operations, including two (2) years engaged in project management activities. Note:

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices. Preferred Qualifications

Candidate will have research experience with a focus on oncology, project management experience, as well as budgeting experience. Salary and Benefits

Salary range for this position is $74,553 - $91,939 annually, which includes a comprehensive benefit package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Legal and Compliance
