This company offers a great culture, flexibility, and the chance to come in and truly put your stamp on the accounting processes and functions.

What You’ll Do:

Lead month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial closes.

Involved with budgeting and forecasting efforts, as well as new system implementation.

Enhance processes, internal controls, and accounting systems.

Oversee accounting projects, fixed assets, prepaid amortizations, intercompany transactions, and eliminations.

Manage multi-entity finances, intercompany transactions, and line of credit activities.

Collaborate with senior leaders, partners, and multiple other entities.

Mentor and develop accounting staff.

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of robust accounting experience (multi-state/unit experience a plus).

CPA and a Bachelor’s in Accounting are required.

Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and general ledger accounting.

After 6 months of employment, the company offers 1 day of work from home.

Depending on experience and skill set, this role will pay $150k-$175k + bonus.
