Senior Manager RAM, GTM Enablement role at HubSpot. Lead the global Ramp Acceleration Manager (RAM) team responsible for the success of ramping reps in their first year in post. Lead the RAM program strategy and execution to enhance rep experience, ramp outputs, rep retention and overall revenue. Responsibilities

Work with highly engaged sales leaders and GTM cross-functional partners across the globe Lead, coach and develop a powerhouse team of seasoned x-sales professionals focused on scaling excellence through reps Own the strategy and drive the execution for a world-class sales acceleration program and process, resulting in improved ramp for first-year sellers Act as the ambassador for sales within the GTM Enablement onboarding team, bringing field perspective to the crafting of a global onboarding program Create the sales acceleration playbook with relevant and impactful curriculum, coaching and application interventions Define success metrics and KPIs for successful ramp and drive accountability across the global sales organization Develop the next generation of diverse HubSpot Sales talent Make recommendations and consult with sales management on trends, metrics, and key actions Qualifications

People coaching experience with a passion for creating a diverse and inclusive team environment Strong track record of growth, overachieving targets, and leading high-performing teams Proven playbook for coaching and mentoring go-to-market teams Strategic mindset to develop cross-functional, global projects, programs and content Deep understanding of customer needs to design sales processes that solve for customers first Ability to motivate and align a team to a vision and manage effectively through change Outstanding stakeholder management, diplomacy and communication skills to operate in a matrix organization Compensation

Cash compensation range: $154,000–$246,000 USD annually. The cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan. Some roles may participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may be eligible for overtime pay.
