We are a top producing agency seeking a commercial real estate sales agent to lead our efforts representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial transactions. The ideal applicant will assist clients in finding key investment properties and development opportunities. Knowledge of the local real estate market and a knack for developing long-lasting business relationships are a must. This position requires a current real estate license. We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to help develop and grow this crucial arm of our business. You’ll handle all incoming commercial leads (we’ll provide them), with the opportunity to build a small team and earn additional income by mentoring and leading other brokers. Responsibilities

Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers

Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision

Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal

Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data

Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations

Be willing to build this arm of our business with the potential to grow a small team and earn additional income from additional agents

Qualifications

Must have a valid Real Estate License

Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language

Some sense of marketing and advertising practices

Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient

Excellent communication and negotiating skills

Compensation $100,000+ per year on plan
