Partner with the VP of Finance and Sales/Marketing leaders to analyze financial results, drive profitability, and improve margin performance Lead monthly close reporting and performance-to-plan analysis, including flash reporting and forecast variance tracking Support board-level reporting by preparing quarterly financial presentations and variance explanations Provide financial oversight for incentive programs, ensuring accuracy in accruals and reporting Develop ad hoc reports and models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and executive decision-making Qualifications
4–6 years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally with exposure to Oracle/Hyperion or similar ERP systems Strong Excel and analytical modeling skills; experience with Essbase or BI tools a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CMA pursuit encouraged, not required) Details
