Expedite Technology Solutions
Overview
The Office of Information Services (OIS) is a shared service provider for the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and Oregon Client (ODHS). OIS provides technology systems and services that support more than a state of Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and ODHS agency staff at local offices and facilities around the state. Scope
Key Person under this WOC will participate in the OIS ITSM Maturation Project by supporting the transition and instantiation of ITAM data from legacy sources to the Ivanti suite. The Key Person will: Collaborate with the Asset Management team members to support the configuration and management of relational data models aligned with Ivanti ITSM and Neurons platform requirements. Translate spreadsheet-based and manual processes into structured, scalable data systems to support hardware / software asset and purchasing workflows. Contribute to the design and population of the configuration management database (CMDB), asset inventories, and line-item-level purchasing structures. Assist in mapping legacy records (hardware, software, vendor, location, financial) into Ivanti object structures, identifying and integrating missing or incomplete data. Support integration efforts with procurement systems, inventory sources, and automated discovery tools. Plan and support data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and load (ETL), testing, cleanup, and validation. Ensure data normalization, integrity, and accessibility across the asset lifecycle, incorporating performance tuning, error correction, and auditing best practices. Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot and validate data mappings, field configurations, and automation triggers. Document custom database structures, data dictionaries, and configuration elements to support maintainability and knowledge transfer. Tasks
Contractor’s Key Person shall: Review existing data systems—models, queries, quality, security—and provide recommendations and a suggested roadmap for migration. Provide expertise and guidance for data cleansing, data validation, data standardization, and data purging, with a focus on transforming and importing legacy data from Excel and CA APM into Ivanti. Establish repeatable processes for data quality control, deduplication, and validation to support ongoing bulk imports and integrations. Provide expertise and guidance for data mapping, including identifying authoritative sources and defining key configuration items (CIs), relationships, and lookup values in support of Ivanti's data model. Create and support execution of plans for resolving data anomalies and discrepancies, including identifying gaps in current data and reconciling conflicting or incomplete records. Provide expertise, create plans, and support execution of ETL (extract, transform, load) activities to transition data into the Ivanti platform. Recommend and support strategies for maintaining long-term database health, performance, and governance. Partner with the project team members to define and document asset lifecycle processes such as procurement, deployment, changes, and disposals, ensuring alignment with audit and compliance requirements. Develop technical documentation, data dictionaries, and configuration guides; assist in creating training and knowledge base materials to support long-term maintainability and staff enablement. Provide knowledge transfer, guidance, and industry best practices with regards to the tasks above. Required Skills and Experience

Experience with data cleansing, validation, standardization, and purging as part of an Ivanti implementation. Proven ability to detect and resolve data anomalies and discrepancies. In‑depth understanding of Ivanti data mapping and platform capabilities. In‑depth knowledge of industry best practices for data modeling, cleansing, and migration. Demonstrated experience in relational database design, development, and analysis. Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle). Familiarity with CI relationships and CMDB structures in an ITSM / ITAM context. Ability to clearly document schema designs, data definitions, and mapping logic. Preferred Knowledge
