Haitian Creole Speaking Assistant
— We are seeking a
Haitian Creole Speaking Assistant
to help families access childcare financial assistance and local childcare resources. This contract role pays up to $24/hour and provides both community impact and professional development, including training and the opportunity to obtain an AIRS (Alliance for Information & Referral Systems) certification. Responsibilities
Assess family eligibility for childcare financial assistance and subsidy programs Provide accurate information about local childcare providers and resources Accurately enter and maintain family case information in online systems Support families with resource navigation and referrals to appropriate programs Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure quality service delivery Requirements
Fluency in Haitian Creole and English (verbal and written) Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills Minimum 1 year of experience in health & human services or call center support Familiarity with childcare subsidy programs or service referral systems preferred Availability to work in a hybrid setup with on-site presence in Framingham, MA Nice-to-Have Experience
Assisting diverse communities with accessing resources and support services Experience in nonprofit or government-funded service programs Customer service in a social services or family assistance setting Preferred Skills
Knowledge of childcare subsidy programs or case management systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or other data management tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse populations There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
