Associate’s degree required; Bachelor\'s degree preferred RN license required 3-5 years of related work experience in clinical nursing practice, including medical, surgical, and/or ICU background Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of inpatient coding guidelines How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
