Akkodis is seeking a
Network Administrator
for a
Contract
with a client in Plano, TX (Hybrid). Candidates should have strong expertise in managing enterprise network infrastructure and ensuring high availability and performance across distributed environments. Rate Range:
$45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities
Configure, monitor, and maintain SD-WAN infrastructure to ensure secure and optimized network connectivity across locations. Administer network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers to support enterprise operations. Troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve performance. Implement network security protocols and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Manage network performance and capacity, proactively identifying areas for improvement or upgrade. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support network projects, upgrades, and incident resolution. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred. 5–8 years of experience in network administration and operations, including SD-WAN technologies. Proven experience in configuring and managing SD-WAN solutions across enterprise environments. Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on expertise with network monitoring tools and protocols.
