We live and breathe FileVine, O365 (especially Teams), and RingCentral, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency in our litigation practice. We are growing our litigation team and seeking an Attorney (Litigation and Trial positions available) with a preferred experience level of 3–15 years.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a full caseload of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Develop and execute case strategies from inception through resolution.
Take cases to trial and aggressively advocate for clients in courtroom proceedings. (Trial attorney)
Collaborate with a tech-driven team to optimize case management using FileVine, Microsoft Teams, and RingCentral.
Engage in business development and networking, including the potential integration of an existing book of business and support staff.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and/or product liability cases. Top-tier med-mal cases a plus.
Licensed to practice in Arizona (additional bar admissions in CA, NV, NM, CO or other jurisdictions are a plus).
Strong ability to lead litigation teams and mentor attorneys.
Experience with product liability litigation is a strong plus.
Experience leading trials is preferred.
