Residential / Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor

Job Reference: MED/AS/HATT Legal Maidstone, Kent Discussed upon application Permanent We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our clients busy residential conveyancing team. Duties will include: Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases Transfers of equity Remortgages Stamp duty procedures Search reports Enquiries Leasehold sales/purchases including the grant of leases The regulation of landlord and tenant relationships Lease renewals Deeds of surrender Acquisitions and sales of businesses Utilities agreements Active involvement in business development Dealing with all matters from beginning through to completion Candidates must be used to handling volume work and be organised in a very busy environment. Candidates suited to this role will possess extensive conveyancing and commercial conveyancing experience. Candidates must be able to handle their own caseload of files and should have 3+ years of Post Qualified Experience.
