Key Responsibilities: Craft and implement legal strategies for personal injury cases, such as car crashes, premises liability, wrongful death, and severe injuries. Review and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and team members throughout case lifecycles. Perform depositions and prepare clients, witnesses, and experts for testimony. Ensure cases are prepared for trial, managing deadlines for discovery, expert disclosures, and filings. Participate in trials as lead or co-counsel, organizing exhibits and coordinating expert testimony. Drive mediation efforts by preparing briefs and actively negotiating settlements. Handle post-resolution tasks, such as reviewing settlement agreements, negotiating liens, and calculating distributions. What We’re Looking For: 2-6 years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side work. Familiarity with personal injury law and local legal networks (experts, defense counsel, mediators). Ability to manage high-value cases with moderate supervision.
