Our client is a boutique family law firm serving clients across North Carolinas Triangle region, with offices in Durham, Wake, and Chatham Counties. Known for our integrity, zealous advocacy, and practical approach, we are growing and were looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our expanding team in Cary, NC. Description

Were seeking a Family Law Attorney to primarily manage Wake County cases, with occasional cases in neighboring counties. This role involves working closely with clients on issues including : Child custody Child and spousal support Equitable distribution Divorce and related matters You will handle cases through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation as needed. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive team and contribute meaningfully to our firms continued success. Responsibilities

Manage Wake County cases with occasional matters in neighboring counties Work closely with clients on family law issues including child custody, child and spousal support, equitable distribution, and divorce-related matters Represent clients through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation as needed Collaborate within a team to contribute to firm growth and success Qualifications

Licensed NC Attorney with a minimum of two years of family law experience. You must be barred in the state of North Carolina Experienced litigator comfortable with courtroom proceedings Ideally, you bring a book of business or are motivated to develop one Passion for family law and a commitment to client-centered representation Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Interest in becoming (or already are) a Board-Certified Specialist in Family Law Benefits
