From overseeing daily operations and staffing to ensuring compliance with all state and regulatory guidelines, you will manage every aspect of the tournament floor with precision and professionalism. Your leadership will inspire your team, safeguard game integrity, and ensure every guest feels valued and engaged. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in our mission to own the guest experience and create **WOW** memories that last far beyond their time with us.**THE STARTING RATE**: $22.00 an hour
**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Assists with day-to-day operating activities of the Poker Tournament on scheduled shift.* Safeguards company assets in the poker room* Assures the highest level of guest services* Maintains a clean and safe environment* Responsible for daily reports and paperwork on a scheduled shift.* Responsible for evaluating subordinate employees* Evaluates play for complimentary purposes
