This position plays a critical role in being the first client interaction, greeting clients warmly and maintaining the flow of traffic. The Boutique Facilitator, Host will also assist other members of the boutique to maximize client-facing time and will support all areas of the Boutique as needed.
Facilitate in the seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival and sharing relevant information regarding health and safety protocolsAssist clients by answering questions and helping facilitate a seamless experience to bridge the wait time and time in boutiqueProactively communicate what the client should expect in terms of wait time, in-boutique experience, etc, setting realistic expectations with clientsFostering a meaningful client experience centered around inclusion and connection
Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively Understanding of, and passion for client experience Excellent communication skills Foreign language skills are preferred but not requiredMinimum 1 year of related experience
Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays**Compensation:**The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $24.70 through $28.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position.
