What You’ll Do Every Day

Create Wonder-Filled Learning Experiences: Design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that make learning feel like play

Guide children through language, literacy, early math, and science discoveries

Foster social-emotional development through positive relationship building

Observe and assess each child’s unique developmental progress

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and creativity

Build a Thriving Classroom Community

What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications

Meet local childcare regulatory requirements

Experience working in licensed early childhood programs preferred

Understanding of child development from infancy through pre-kindergarten

Physical ability to actively engage with children (lifting up to 35 lbs.)

ECE / Lead Teacher credentials preferred
