DESCRIPTION
As the Regional Retail Store Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational success of multiple retail locations across the region. This high-impact role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about team development, data-driven decision-making, and delivering exceptional retail experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Regional Performance : Analyze sales data, trends, and forecasts to set and monitor performance goals for each store location.
Deliver Operational Excellence : Ensure all stores meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining staffing compliance.
Lead and Develop Teams : Hire, train, and manage store managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Collaboration : Partner with Retail clients and account teams to ideate and execute innovative retail strategies and initiatives.
Optimize Profitability : Support financial goals by managing labor hours, expenses, and overtime to maximize profitability across the region.
Facilitate Communication : Conduct regular manager meetings to share insights, revise goals, and boost team morale.
Market Intelligence : Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices in retail sales and customer engagement.
Customer Experience Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, enhancing the overall brand experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required; High School Diploma or GED accepted with equivalent experience.
Minimum of
8 years in retail , including
5 years in a supervisory or multi-unit management role .
Leadership & Team Development: Proven success in
leading and developing store managers
and retail teams.
Ability to
build morale , foster collaboration, and drive accountability across locations.
Skilled in
conflict resolution
with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Strategic & Operational Expertise: Strong
analytical skills
to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and implement performance strategies.
Experience in
budgeting, cost control , and managing profitability drivers such as labor and expenses.
Deep understanding of
market dynamics , competitor activity, and retail best practices.
Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent
verbal and written communication skills , with a focus on clarity, follow-through, and professionalism.
Ability to
build senior-level relationships
with clients, account teams, and internal stakeholders.
Comfortable leading
regular manager meetings
and presenting strategic initiatives.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite .
Strong math skills for data analysis and budget management.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel up to
50% weekly
across regional store locations.
Thorough knowledge of company products and services, as well as those of key competitors.
