Starting at $49,000+ annually Schedule:
Must be flexible to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two weekends per month. Average hours per week: 42. Responsibilities: Meet or exceed personal sales goals while providing excellent customer experiences Answer questions regarding location, price, and merchandise use Follow customer requests and safety requirements Analyze reports to make decisions on inventory, merchandising, and sales trends Stock and merchandise shelves, tables, and counters according to standards Coordinate with vendors and outside sales reps Train associates on product knowledge and sales techniques Participate in sales and product knowledge meetings Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, fostering a positive team environment Read and interpret safety and operational documents Perform basic math operations and present information effectively Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain its benefits Requirements: Customer service skills: Greet and treat everyone with respect, including eye contact, smiles, and gratitude Positive attitude and sense of urgency in daily tasks Deep desire to become a knowledge expert and apply that knowledge impactfully Respectful and appreciative of others and Scheels Punctuality: arrive at work and meetings 10 minutes early Team-oriented mindset: willing to help others Teachability: eager to learn, accept feedback, and adapt Professional appearance and grooming in line with Scheels standards Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED, 1-3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination. Physical Requirements:
