1 Lead the Guest Experience as a Reservations Manager at Greek Peak Mountain Resort! Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a knack for driving revenue? Greek Peak Mountain Resort is seeking an organized and guest-focused Reservations Manager to oversee our Call Center operations and ensure a seamless booking experience for all visitors. What You’ll Do: Call Center Leadership & Team Development: Train, coach, and lead the Call Center team to provide outstanding customer service and efficient booking processes. Implement best practices in call handling, reservation techniques, and upselling strategies. Monitor staff performance and provide regular training and development opportunities. Revenue & Reservations Management: Work closely with the Revenue Manager to adjust rates, monitor high-demand dates, and maximize room revenue. Oversee room inventory control through online reservation systems and travel agency platforms. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Guest Service & Communication: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Process incoming and outgoing reservation requests via phone, email, and in person. Maintain a high level of internal communication to ensure employees have the most current resort information available. Scheduling & Operational Support: Create efficient staff schedules based on occupancy forecasts, ensuring optimal coverage for peak periods. Cover shifts when necessary and adjust staffing levels based on business needs. Assist at the front desk or other resort areas as needed to support operations. Who We’re Looking For: Experience: At least one year in reservations, hospitality, or call center management. Leadership Skills: Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team. Guest-Focused: Strong communication skills with a passion for providing top-tier customer service. Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to manage bookings, optimize revenue, and ensure accuracy. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with online booking systems, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and Microsoft Office. Flexible & Adaptable: Able to work varying shifts, including weekends, based on business needs.
