Award-Winning Leadership Coach and Executive Life Coach: Your Life, Your Way (yes, really)

I work with successful, ambitious, goal-driven professionals who want more out of life. Why? Because I am one. My Story: Towards a Life Free from Limits

Raised in the army, I’ve long been an analytical thinker, interested in facts, evidence, and processes. It’s no surprise I was a BBC journalist for many years; quickly getting to the core of every story and distilling the facts for easy understanding. For a while, I loved my life. I was high potential talent. I was getting ahead. Ambitious and outwardly successful, I reached my early 30s and should have felt on top of the world. My Story

Instead, I woke up every day desperately unhappy with where I lived, my relationship, and my career path. Everything felt ‘wrong’, but I had no idea why or what to do about it. Trying harder, working harder, and thinking harder didn’t work. The skills I had relied on to that point were useless. What should I do? My personal life was a mess. I had a 2-year-old daughter. I was worried about myself and my new family long term. I turned to food, alcohol, and binge-watching TV to numb out. That only made me feel worse. The packet empty, the bottle drained, the TV off – all my feelings rose to the surface. Feeling rock bottom, I signed up for a 45-minute coaching call with a professional executive life coach. It’s no exaggeration to say that it changed my life. Now I’m here to change yours. But it’s not that I think I’m perfect – far from it. I’m a work in progress, just like you are. Now I’m an executive life coach, it’s my mission to help you get to a place where YOU can take ownership of YOUR life and make the changes you yearn for. Experience & Achievements

16 Years of Experience 345 Hours of Training 2 Bestselling Books 2496 Impactful Sessions I’m also a work in progress

I’ve literally picked myself up off the floor and, over 14 years as an executive life coach, developed a successful business and a life I love. I’ve raised my daughter Amelie in the way I wanted to and paid the mortgage and bills in the process. I’ve harnessed my natural skills and abilities and learned how to be more present in my life and manage difficulties more effectively. I’ve had coaching and therapy, which has only made me stronger and better as a person, leader, and parent. Now I walk my talk every day. (Even when it’s REALLY HARD) I do the mindfulness and morning routines I advocate. I have radically shifted my work-life balance to spend more time with my daughter, friends, and family. I take care of my physical and mental health. I am living a fuller and richer life than ever before. I live my purpose through my work. I face my fears head-on. What could you do with my help, supported by me as your coach? Absolutely anything you want to. Achievements
