HEAD JV GIRLS BASKETBALL COACH JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Head JV girls basketball coach for the 2025-2026 winter season. The athletic program competes in the ISL (Independent School League) and the VISAA (Virginia Independent School Athletic Association).

Responsibilities

Coach and lead the JV girls basketball program for the 2025-2026 winter season.

Emphasize leadership, sportsmanship, and the values of goodness that are central to the school’s athletic program.

Develop young players through practices and games, fostering growth and positive relationships.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates have collegiate and/or high school playing experience and coaching experience at club or high school level.

Strong organizational skills, a hard-working attitude, and a strong desire to develop players and cultivate growth and positive relationships.

Commitment to the school’s values and to creating a positive, inclusive team environment.
