Serve as day-to-day project manager for policy-focused accounts and large, integrated accounts, under supervision of account lead. Deeply understand clients’ expectations and partner with account lead to ensure all deliverables meet client standards. Ensure client feedback is captured, understood, and addressed. Manage project advancement by maintaining project trackers, coordinating internal teams to ensure projects/deliverables are progressing and deadlines are met. Partner with functional area-experts within the agency in support of coordinated projects. Develop presentations, written materials, and other internal/external communications that meet client objectives in the current health policy environment. May supervise Account Associates and Account Managers to ensure they have the information and resources to perform assignments. Provide mentorship and support for career progression and performance. Lead project financial management by supervising the team’s budget, billing, and billable hours. Support invoicing and activity reports. What You Should Have

4+ years in a professional environment within the public relations, communications, and/or public affairs industries. Healthcare PR experience required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Passion for healthcare, with notable pharmaceutical and/or healthcare policy expertise; experience with corporate or public affairs communications teams also preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to develop, edit, and communicate documents and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Must be highly organized, with a track record of following through on client requests and with high-quality deliverables on schedule and on budget. Professional presence, sense of urgency, and strong client service orientation. Pay Range

$70,000-$85,000 This is the pay range Real Chemistry believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
