Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine-dining, upscale Italian restaurant Experience with new restaurant openings Strong leadership and organizational skills with a passion for team development Creative thinker with a collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence Hands-on approach and a deep appreciation for culinary traditions and innovation Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing the kitchen and lead menu creation Lead, coach, and mentor the kitchen team to ensure exceptional food quality and consistency Oversee all culinary operations, including service periods and special events, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, portion control, and timing Monitor and manage food and labor costs, inventory, and kitchen efficiency Collaborate with leadership to maintain a positive, respectful, and productive kitchen culture Uphold standards of cleanliness, food safety, and professionalism What We Offer
