We’re seeking a passionate and experienced
Executive Chef
to lead our kitchen with innovation, heart, and humility. You will craft a dynamic menu blending
authentic Caribbean cuisine
with daring
fusion-style dishes . Approximately 70% of your menu will highlight Caribbean influences, including
at least three authentic dishes , with the rest allowing creative exploration of global flavors. Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a menu reflecting Caribbean roots and global creativity Lead and inspire a diverse culinary team with positivity and integrity Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety Collaborate with ownership on seasonal offerings and restaurant direction Cultivate a respectful and collaborative kitchen culture Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in full-service restaurants Proven ability to innovate while maintaining authenticity Strong leadership and communication skills ServeSafe certification required Humble, team-oriented, and full of heart Why Join Us?
