Columbia College-Fort Leonard Wood, MO, seeks Adjunct (part-time) Instructor to teach live, in-person sections of ENGL 107, Preparatory English Composition, during the Spring and Summer 2026 semesters. The class will run two days a week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) at 11:30 am-1 pm Central Time at Columbia College’s Fort Leonard Wood location. The College may require a different instructional modality based on need at any time. Instruction must follow those requirements. Qualifications

A Masters or Ph.D. in English, Creative Writing, or Comparative Literature OR M.F.A. or Ph.D. in Creative Writing OR M.A. or Ph.D. in Composition Studies, also known as Rhetoric, and is required. Preference is given to applicants with experience teaching developmental composition. Please include an unofficial graduate transcript with your application materials.
