As an Advanced Practice Provider at Intermountain's Urological Institutes in St. George and Cedar City, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We treat a wide range of adult urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, genitourinary cancers, and sexual dysfunction, using the latest treatments and technologies. To meet growing demand, we’ve expanded to a second location, allowing us to serve more patients, reduce wait times, and maintain our commitment to compassionate care. In this role, you’ll join a collaborative team of four physicians and four APPs, caring for patients with urologic conditions in a high-volume outpatient setting. You’ll manage your own panel of new, established, and post‑operative patients, working closely with the team to deliver efficient, high-quality care. The anticipated volume is 16–20 patients per day. Although the procedure volume is low, you’ll need a solid foundational knowledge of foley and suprapubic catheter placement to effectively guide and oversee patient care. This role is based at our Urological Institutes at St. George Regional Hospital and Cedar City Hospital, working half-time at each location. Your schedule will be four 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday; weekday off may rotate based on clinic/hospital needs You may provide call support on a rotating basis once fully trained Requirements Of This Role
Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing NP or PA Unrestricted Utah NP or PA license Current Utah DEA certificate required prior to start date Current BLS for healthcare providers Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process Preferences
