This entry-level, part-time position focuses on helping children with autism learn communication, socialization, and self-help skills through a form of play-based therapy known as applied behavior analysis (ABA). BCI has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy for over 20 years to help children and young adults with autism find success. Help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-help skills through ABA-based activities. Work with clients aged 1.5 years to 18+, primarily ages 2-8, in homes or in one of our centers. Follow ABA programs under supervision and support ongoing client progress. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (personal vehicle preferred). Schedule availability: part-time (M-F between 8am-12pm and/or 8am-3pm) or mornings/afternoons/evenings with a consistent weekly pattern. Eligibility to work in the United States. Ability to pass a background check. Minimum age 18 on or before the first day of employment. Pay starting at $23/hr with experience; ability to become eligible for RBT certification. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus. Experience with children in roles such as babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or other childcare is beneficial. Perks and Schedule

Full-time employees may earn up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment. Part-time employees are eligible for sick leave. Potential for promotion after learning the ABA approach, with opportunities to develop professionally. Physical requirements

Physical requirements vary by assignment and may include engaging in activities that require pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, plus sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and running as needed by client care. What we are looking for
