Overview
Class A Driver role at Gypsum Management and Supply. CDL A required and responsible for safely operating a commercial motor vehicle and delivering materials to customers in a timely, professional manner. Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect truck/trailer for defects to ensure safe operation. Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload at commercial and residential job sites. Deliver materials to the assigned area as directed by the customer, prioritizing safety. Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations. Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment. Lift heavy building materials up to 80 lbs. for load/unload. Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude. Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL). Class A License required. Clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations. Boom or Crane experience preferred. Core Competencies

Remain in a stationary position while driving a commercial vehicle about 40% of the time. Lift heavy building materials up to 80 lbs. for loading/unloading. Frequently move materials weighing up to 80 lbs. during unloading. Constantly move from unloading materials from the vehicle onto the job site and operate the vehicle/boom vehicle. Position self to unload materials and judge distances while delivering. Communicate effectively with management and coworkers. Work in an outdoor environment while making deliveries. Required Cognitive Skills
Prioritize job sites and deadlines. Manage stress related to deadlines and multitask effectively. Receive information and directions and respond with solutions when problems occur. Demonstrate sound judgement. Benefits & Perks
