Pizza Hut Team Member Location: PURPOS E Performs a variety of duties which may include the duties of a CSR, Dough Prep, Cut & Pack, Cook, Wing Street, and Receiving & Stocking. Responsibilities

Provide quick and efficient service to customers Greet customers and take their food and beverage orders Record customer orders on to POS system and compute the amount of the bill Check orders to ensure the guest is receiving a complete and correct order Inform kitchen staff of shortages or special requests Maintain lobby and exterior lot cleanliness Ensure accurate accounting of all transactions, collections and disbursements during the work shift Receive cash drawer at the beginning of the shift and verify accuracy by counting Obtain and review information regarding price changes or menu specials Enter guest orders into POS and verify orders for accuracy Follow all cash handling policies; collect cash or card payments, provide receipts, and make change as needed Count money at end of shift and reconcile cash receipts with total sales Maintain cleanliness of register areas and stock counters, display refrigerators and prep areas as per menu standards Ensure display foods are presented attractively and kept under appropriate hot or cold conditions Relays comments from customers to supervisor Dough Prep

Responsible for dough preparedness as prescribed by Manager In Charge Comply with portioning, quality standards, rules, policies, and safety procedures Prepare food items as assigned by Manager In Charge Transport raw items to work area and back; store finished products properly Select proper equipment and utensils to prepare items as procedures require Follow all food safety procedures Cut & Pack

Check workstations for presence of small equipment and condiments Responsible for product assembly, quality checks, and calling out preparation times Monitor oven settings according to Pizza Hut standards Verify orders are complete and accurate Check finished products for compliance with Pizza Hut standards Communicate with cooks and frontline personnel for quality controls and feedback Cook/Wing Street

Prepare and assemble all products according to customer orders and Pizza Hut portioning specifications Set up maketable and ensure proper stocking before meal production Check workstations for proper wares, materials, and stock levels Ensure safety and sanitation; maintain cleanliness and readiness for customers Set up production cycles, maintain inventory levels, and call for backups as needed Read orders on monitor, coordinate specials/missing items for quick service, track prep times Monitor food and material needs and take action as necessary; dishwashing as needed Communicate with kitchen staff and receive feedback; sanitize workstations during meal periods and after Set up and maintain brand standards and flyers; use fryer for items as needed Prepare wings and stock Wing Street areas accordingly Receiving & Stocking

Receive and store all food, supplies and materials using proper FIFO and Pizza Hut procedures Check all incoming items for count, quality and specifications Ensure items are stored at proper temperatures Maintain delivery and inventory records as defined by Pizza Hut procedures Keep storage areas neat and orderly Maintain FIFO by proper dating of inventory Ensure storage areas are safe and free of hazards Other Functions

Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills Basic math skills Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language used in the work location Effective communication with customers General safety awareness Qualifications

Previous food service and/or cash handling experience preferred but not required Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate required Mobility for at least four hours; standing and walking for the entire shift Bending and stooping on occasion Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally This Position Description summarizes the primary responsibilities at commencement.
