Beecher's at Pike Place is currently seeking friendly and enthusiastic people to join our team! This is a
part-time
Team Member position and has a starting hourly rate of $20.76, plus expected average tips of $8-$10 per hour ($28.76-$30.76 average total per hour) . Weekend availability

Employee Benefits: • Employee Meal Plan, every shift gets a meal on us (up to $14) • Employee Discount, 35% off purchases at our restaurant/retail locations • Transit and Parking Pre-Tax Plan Job Requirements: • 1+ years’ experience in high-volume, fast-paced café, retail, or food prep setting • Basic computer skills to operate our retail POS system • Experience maintaining and balancing a till • Extraordinary communication and multitasking skills • High attention to detail • Must be able to stand for 4+ hours at a stretch • Excellent record of attendance, reliability, and initiative in previous employment • Must acquire State Food Handler’s Permit • Weekend availability required Responsibilities: • Greet guests, identify their needs, and assist with purchases • Follow proper procedures for food safety • Prepare and serve hot and cold food • Educate guests on our Pure Food Commitment • Maximize sales by practicing up-selling and ad-on sales • Restock and merchandise as directed by management • Attends to routine store cleaning, maintenance, and operation Commitment to our Communities: As part of our mission to Change the Way America eats, we’ve created the Beecher's Foundation, a non-profit supported by our family of companies.
