Role Overview The Technical Trainer will develop and deliver training courses on refrigeration systems and cases, collaborating with various departments to standardize training content. A strong service background and passion for education are essential.
Responsibilities
Develop and present curriculum adhering to corporate style
Combine classroom training with hands-on practice and simulations
Conduct needs analysis and implement feedback-driven improvements
Prepare training labs and onboard new trainers
Assist at industry conferences and review product safety and specifications
Requirements
Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred)
10+ years in refrigeration installation, service, or troubleshooting
Knowledge of CO2 and control systems
Experience as a trainer is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools
Willingness to travel domestically (15%)
Skills & Abilities
Adaptability to shifting priorities
Basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to create engaging e-learning content
Additional Requirements
Positive attitude and professional communication
Safety gear including safety toe shoes and glasses
Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 35 pounds
